Led NJVC Information Services (IS) engineering efforts in support of the NGA customer. Interfaced with the NGA customer on system engineering and support, helping to identify new or changing requirements for inclusion into the ECP process. Collaborated with NGA technical staff and ITIS Program leadership to develop market strategies and technical, schedule and cost proposals associated with Information Services efforts.
~ Provided program management services for globally deployed NGA Forward Based GEOINT (FBG) systems. Managed staffing, travel and maintenance budgets. Ensured FBG maintenance, accreditation and software factory deliverables were met. Supported several surge and disaster support efforts.
~ Led Engineering efforts to develop a new, innovative geospatial system aligned to emerging FBG mission requirements. Collaborated with customer leadership on funding justification resulting in a multi-million dollar global system recapitalization at NCE, NGA West and MACOM/COCOM locations around the globe.
~ Managed the NGA Data Management team in Bahrain and interfaced with local staff, base staff and NGA to document requirements associated with system recapitalizations and new capabilities (SWASN).
~ Led cross-functional team efforts to stand up and accredit printing, production and IT systems at the NJVC Arnold facility.
~ Interfaced w/ NGA customers and cross-functional teams to identify NGA "E" process flows and requirements for GeoScout Remedy development leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools. Ensured process documentation was updated upon Remedy delivery and worked with GeoScout developers and NGA to document and resolve discrepancies.
~ Led ITIS Program efforts to train & certify staff on ITIL Foundations.
~ Managed the NGA West Help Desk, ensured SLAs were met or exceeded. Worked with NGA and ITIS Program Leadership to implement remote administration, knowledge base updates and telephony enhancements. Led NGA Help Desk ISO certification efforts.

Directed Program Management services on three IDIQ and one T&M contracts for the NGA customer. Regularly interfaced with Corporate BD, Capture Managers and Solution Architects to develop and implement strategies and solutions for the NGA Market.
o Collaborated with Executive Leadership and BD to craft an NGA Market Strategy integrating BD pipelines, project/organizational plans, schedules, investment requirements, milestones/expected results and risks/risk mitigation strategies.
o Led cross-functional/cross-geographical team efforts to answer customer RFIs, answer proposals and identify and developed innovative solutions for the NGA and GEOINT community.
o Provided NGA SME and capture support for NGA ITEMS and IC ITE efforts, to include assisting with teaming strategies, hot button solutioning, call plan development and leading proposal staffing efforts.
o Supported NGA and the NSG community by building collaboration between L-3 programs supporting the NSG community and regularly interfacing with program leadership and staff to connect customer needs/challenges with the appropriate NGA and/or NSG points of contact and resources.
o Led efforts to open the L-3 STRATIS office in St. Louis and organized efforts with marketing and company SMEs to demonstrate solutions aligned against strategic pipeline pursuits for IC and DoD customers attending office opening ceremonies.
